mist-air Rain Gun Systems are a totally flexible and expandable solution for damping down
large outside areas, suppressing nuisance dust created by vehicle movements and wind around
stockpiles, quarry haul roads, yards, loading and unloading areas etc.


The number of mist-air Rain Guns required will depend on the size of the area to be covered. The usage can be automatically controlled.


Each mist-airRain Gun can be operated independently or in sequence using a timer system - e.g. 2 mins every half hour rotated through the day.


mist-air will install the Rain Gun System to give you total coverage - whenever and wherever you need it.

The Unique mist-air Rain Gun System

The mist-air enables large outside areas to be dampened to prevent dust from blowing around by wind and vehicle movements.

Suitable for roads, stock piles, yards, loading and unloading areas, etc. Quarry haul roads can be dampened automatically to prevent the usual clouds of dust created by vehicle movements during dry weather.

The number of rain guns required will depend on the size of the area to be covered.

Each rain gun can be operated independently or used in conjunction with a timer system to operate automatically in sequence for a couple of minutes every half hour throughout the working day.

To get an indication of cost, please send a drawing
of the site indicating the main areas requiring
suppression.

One mist-air Base Unit (1200mm x 900mm x 600mm) will supply several areas simultaneously, with precise control over each area, delivering just as much, or as little ‘rain’ as is required for any given application.

All wetted parts are manufactured from stainless steel or non-ferrous materials which ensure corrosion free operation, coupled to a 20 year corrosion warranty.

Normally installed within two days, with a low purchase
and maintenance cost, and hire or lease is also
possible.
